Founded in 1989 by Perry Rupp and John Rosebrock, Rupp/Rosebrock Inc. initiated it’s introduction to the Construction Management and General Contracting market in a make shift office located in the “shop” of one of the principals. Shortly thereafter, office space was rented in the Indian Wood Circle area of Maumee, Ohio. The company functioned there till 1992 when property was purchased at the South East junction of St Rt.24 and St Rt.109, ( the old area known as “Damascus” in the 1800’s), where the office and warehouse was constructed. The office area was doubled in 2002, and additional storage space was built in 2006. This location was selected due to the access of the Damascus Township bridge over the Maumee River, and it’s centralized location to major routes.
John and Perry realized that no one in the 4 county area offered extended “Construction Management” services, and felt there was a niche for a “local” general contractor/construction manager that used local, experienced, craftsman that offered the flexibility or sophistication required to time manage larger, complicated projects.
Both Perry and John had previously worked for Fortune 500 CM companies, and had accumulated years of experience utilizing complicated management systems. Creating a customized format allowed Rupp/Rosebrock Inc. to offer a management system not yet provided to the 4 county area.
In 2009, RuppRosebrock Inc. celebrates 20 years of delivering quality construction services to Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. The list of past clients boast no less than 20 multiple project owners.
Rupp/Rosebrock Inc. recognizes the dedication and experience of our employees, and of course, the clients that entrusted their projects to us as the reason for our success and growth. Rupp/Rosebrock will endeavor to continue our path of integrity, communication, and quality workmanship standard that has created the reputation established today.
